I've got a new boat

Just in time for Memorial Day Weekend! Give me a buzz if you want to come join the fun this weekend. I plan on spending most the day Saturday and Monday, weather permitting, on a lake. If you want to come play around, do some fishing or whatever, give me a ring and I'll let you know where I'm at.

Movie: Iron Man

My dad and I saw Iron Man last weekend. The movie was great! One of the best movies I've seen this year so far. As far as comic conversions go it was one of the better ones. Robert Downey Jr. did great a great job as did the other actors in the film: Jeff Bridges, Terrence Howard, and Gwyneth Paltrow.

I never was a big comic book fan (by not very big, I mean to say not at all). This movie really did a great job introducing the character and I don't feel like I missed out at all by not knowing anything about the comics. However... I must admit, I am a bit tempted to start reading them in my down time after seeing the movie.

One thing though... if you go see the movie make sure you stay for the end of the credits. I didn't know any better so we didn't stay until the end.
